Large-capacity high wall heat pump for big open-plan rooms where a standard wall split can run out of reach. The AS Large Capacity Series combines next-generation high-efficiency compressor technology, long and wide airflow, and one-touch Powerful Mode so large living and working spaces can be heated or cooled more evenly from a single indoor unit.

The Mitsubishi Electric AS90 is designed for large open living and working spaces where a standard high wall system may not deliver enough reach. This large-capacity model uses next-generation high-efficiency compressor technology, along with Long and Wide Airflow, to help deliver more even heating and cooling across the room from a single wall-mounted unit.

The AS90 also includes one-touch Powerful Mode, which drives the unit at full power for up to 15 minutes to bring the room back to temperature faster when conditions change.
Wide & Long Airflow for Large Rooms
Wide Airflow allows the discharge direction to be adjusted from left to right, while Long Airflow helps throw conditioned air further into the room. Together, these functions make the AS90 better suited to large open-plan environments than a typical smaller high wall unit.
Clean, Efficient Operation
Dual Barrier Coating helps prevent dust and dirt from accumulating on the inner surfaces of the indoor unit, keeping key components cleaner year-round. The outdoor heat exchanger also uses Blue Fin anti-corrosion treatment, which is especially useful in coastal or high-sulphur areas.
Filtration and Everyday Comfort Features
The AS90 includes a standard air filter plus an Anti-Allergy Enzyme Filter to help trap dust, pollen, and other airborne contaminants. Additional everyday-use features include i-save Mode for setback heating, Econo Cool for more efficient cooling, Night Mode for quieter overnight operation, and a 7-day programmable handheld controller for scheduled comfort.

The AS90 is rated at 9.0 kW cooling and 10.3 kW heating, uses R32 refrigerant, and operates across a wide temperature range. For large-room applications, pipe runs can extend up to 30 metres with a maximum height difference of 15 metres, subject to site layout and installation design.
